Adrian Villarreal, a 53-year-old Hispanic male from Waukegan, Illinois, tragically lost his life on March 15, 2014. Villarreal was found unresponsive in his still-running vehicle near Hickory and Center streets in Waukegan. He had been shot five times in the torso while sitting in the driver's seat of his car.
