Sergio Berrios, a 42-year-old man of Puerto Rican descent, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2022, in Waukegan, Illinois. Berrios was found shot multiple times while sitting in a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence on Chestnut Street. The Waukegan Police Department responded to a call of shots fired just after midnight and discovered Berrios, who appeared to be the driver of the vehicle, deceased at the scene.
