Parnell King, a 37-year-old African American man from Waukegan, IL, tragically died on June 25, 2018. He was shot and killed in the parking lot of Stretch’s Bar on North Green Bay Road in Waukegan. The incident occurred early Sunday morning, and two other individuals were injured during the shooting. The Waukegan Police Department reported that the shooting resulted from an argument.
