Martin Reyes Cervantes, a 30-year-old Hispanic male from North Chicago, was tragically killed on August 26, 2021, in Waukegan, Illinois. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of Lorraine Place, where Cervantes and another man were shot by a masked gunman. Cervantes sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
