Tyron L. Patrick, a 34-year-old African American male from Waukegan, Illinois, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2021. On that fateful morning, the Waukegan Police Department and Fire Department responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired in the 1600 block of 11th Street.
