LaDarrius Marquise Cowart, an 18-year-old African American male from Waukegan, IL, tragically lost his life on June 6, 2021. LaDarrius was born on August 11, 2002, and was known for his vibrant personality and love for football, music, and fashion. He graduated from Warren Township High School in 2020 and worked at Chicago O'Hare Airport. On the night of his death, LaDarrius was at Bowen Park in Waukegan, where he was shot in the head.
