Brian Hopkins, a 33-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2017, in Waukegan, Illinois. Brian was born in 1983 and grew up in Gurnee, Illinois, where he attended Viking Junior High School and graduated from Warren Township High School.
