Donald Travis Harper Jr., aged 33, tragically lost his life on September 5, 2014, in Greer, South Carolina. Harper, who was originally from New Bern, North Carolina, was known for his love of catfishing and his dedication to his family. On the evening of his death, Spartanburg County deputies found him unconscious in the front yard of a home on East Poinsett Street Extension, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
