Gregory Hill, a 15-year-old African American male from Rockford, Illinois, was fatally shot on July 31, 2016. Gregory, known affectionately as "Papi" by his family, was an honor student and a promising basketball player at East High School. He was attending a house party in the 3200 block of Green Dale Drive when an argument broke out among other attendees.
