African American male Jaquone Aldridge, age 22, was shot on the afternoon of September 9, 2023, in the 2500 block of Conklin Drive on Rockford's north side.
Police were called at about 1:40 p.m.; the 22-year-old male was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and died a short time later.
