Jerzy C. Krolikowski, a 58-year-old male, was found dead on December 27, 2016, in Cicero, Illinois. His body was discovered in a car at the dealership where he worked, located in the 4800 block of West 16th Street. Krolikowski had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:58 p.m. The Cook County medical examiner's office ruled his death a homicide following an autopsy that confirmed the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest.
