In the quiet suburb of Cicero, Illinois, the life of 17-year-old Johan Adaree-Sanchez was tragically cut short on the afternoon of January 8, 2026. A student at Morton East High School, he had moved to Cicero from Colombia four years prior, seeking a new life with his family.
