Diomar Rangel, a 22-year-old male from Cicero, IL, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2018, due to a fatal shooting. The incident occurred during a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of Cicero Avenue. According to reports, Israel Villegas, a 30-year-old known gang member and convicted felon, shot Diomar Rangel six times in the chest. The altercation took place around 10:20 a.m., and Rangel was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries an hour later.
