Santiago Salgado Jr., a 39-year-old Hispanic male from Cicero, IL, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2014. The incident occurred at his home on the 5200 block of 30th Place in Cicero. Santiago was fatally shot in the chest during an altercation with Carl Shampine, a 49-year-old male also from Cicero.
