Julio Servin, a 22-year-old Hispanic male from Cicero, Illinois, was tragically shot and killed on August 21, 2016. The incident occurred early Sunday morning near the intersection of 23rd Street and Central Avenue. According to witnesses, Julio was walking down the street with friends when he was confronted by an assailant. The confrontation quickly escalated, resulting in Julio being fatally shot. He was pronounced dead at 3:55 a.m. at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood.
