Jeffrey S. Lalond, a 46-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2017, in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois. Jeffrey, who was born on February 23, 1970, in Waukegan, Illinois, was a dedicated chemical operator, having worked for 25 years, most recently at Ivanhoe Industries in Zion.
