Jose Jesus Hernandez, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on July 19, 2020, in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 2:55 a.m. in the 3200 block of West Cermak Road. Hernandez was dropped off at Mount Sinai Hospital with gunshot wounds to his right cheek and the right side of his abdomen.
