Isaac Jordan, a 13-year-old boy from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2021, due to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred in a Portage Park apartment on the Northwest Side of Chicago. Isaac, who was inside an apartment unit in the 5200 block of West Byron Street, was shot in the chest around 8:35 p.m. He was immediately taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
