On the evening of March 30, 2015, a 37-year-old man named Kailong Chen was ending his workday in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. A familiar figure in the community, he was last seen on his store's security camera footage at approximately 11:00 PM as he was closing up his business, a cleaners located at 8123 5th Avenue.
