Quetcy Alma Benitez, a 47-year-old woman, was tragically killed on May 24, 2017, in Schiller Park, Illinois. According to the Cook County medical examiner’s office, she died from multiple gunshot wounds, and her death was ruled a homicide. Benitez was traveling in a vehicle with her 19-year-old son when the incident occurred. The vehicle, a black Honda sedan, was found crashed into a tree on the 9500 block of West Lawrence Avenue.
