Lavondell Noble, a 40-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on July 23, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the South Side Avalon Park neighborhood around 5:15 a.m. Noble suffered gunshot wounds to the neck and right hand.
