Jeremy Mudd, a 38-year-old man, was fatally shot on August 6, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Jeffery Manor neighborhood, specifically in the 9600-block of Merrill Avenue. According to the Chicago Police Department, the shooting took place around 8:44 a.m. while Mudd was sitting in his car.
