Norvell Meadows, a 19-year-old African American male from Chicago, IL, was tragically shot and killed on June 30, 2022. Meadows, an All-City high school basketball player, was fatally shot on the West Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 7:20 p.m. in the 4800 block of West Washington Boulevard.
