Sabastian Casiano, a 16-year-old boy from Chicago, IL, was tragically killed on September 2, 2020, in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. in the 1700 block of North Washtenaw Avenue. According to reports, Sabastian, who was armed with a gun, approached a car in an alley and began struggling with an occupant of the vehicle.
