Emmanuel Hernandez-Arroyo, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on September 7, 2017, in Joliet, Illinois. Emmanuel, affectionately known as "Manny," was one of three young adults fatally shot inside a home on Great Falls Drive.
