Javier Cayetano, a 13-year-old boy from Joliet, Illinois, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2019. Javier, who was a student at Dirksen Junior High School, was hanging out with friends in the Reedswood neighborhood when a gunman opened fire, striking Javier and two other juveniles.
