Duntell L. Neal, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2015, in Joliet, Illinois. Neal, who was affectionately known as "Deej," was a student at Joliet Junior College and had attended Joliet Township High Schools. On the night of his death, Neal was hanging out in a car in his neighborhood on Joliet's Union Street when he was shot in the head. He was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
