Branden C. Pierce, a 34-year-old man from Joliet, Illinois, was fatally shot in the early hours of March 9, 2025. The incident occurred in Joliet Township, specifically in the 1300 block of Pico Court. According to reports, multiple gunshots were heard, prompting several residents to call 911. The Will County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and discovered that two houses had been struck by bullets. Pierce was found inside one of the bedrooms with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
