Austin Rogers, a 15-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 15, 2019, in a drive-by shooting in Chicago, IL. Austin, a freshman at Simeon Career Academy, was walking home with friends around 8 p.m. in the West Englewood neighborhood when a black Nissan emerged from an alley and its occupants opened fire.
