Demario Bailey, a 15-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 13, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. Demario was walking with his identical twin brother, Demacio, to basketball practice when they were confronted by a group of robbers under a viaduct on West 63rd Street.
