Jonathan Wilkins, a 40-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on December 13, 2019, in Dolton, Illinois. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. outside a liquor store located near 149th Street and Chicago Road. According to reports, Wilkins was approached by two individuals who attempted to rob him.
