Deaunte Crudup, a 28-year-old African American man from Harvey, Illinois, was fatally shot on January 29, 2020, while driving his girlfriend to look at apartments in Dolton, Illinois. The incident occurred around 5:05 p.m. in the 15000 block of Minerva Avenue.
