On October 27, 2020, Mohammad Hussain, a 47-year-old man, was found fatally shot at a tire shop in Harvey, Illinois. The incident occurred at Tires R Us, located at 16950 S. Halsted Street. Mohammad Hussain, who was of South Asian descent, was discovered with a gunshot wound to his head around 6 p.m. that evening. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at 9:39 p.m. The Cook County medical examiner's office later ruled his death a homicide.
