Marcus Dixon, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on March 28, 2021, in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 6:05 p.m. when Dixon was inside a vehicle in the 11900 block of South Prairie Avenue. Another vehicle pulled alongside, and someone inside fired multiple shots, hitting Dixon several times. He was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
