Piotr R. Baliczek, a 20-year-old male from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on June 1, 2019. He was found with a fatal gunshot wound in Albany Park on the Northwest Side of Chicago. Authorities discovered Piotr in a vehicle around 6:29 a.m. in the 4300 block of North Mozart Street. He had been shot in the neck and was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and no immediate arrests were made following the incident.
