In the city of Baltimore, Maryland, the life of a young man, Clayton Oxendine, was tragically cut short. On the night of October 6, 2008, at the age of 24, he became a victim of gun violence. The male was discovered at approximately 10:30 p.m. in the 300 block of South Fulton Avenue, having been fatally shot. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crime.
