Jeffrey Allen Shields, an 18-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on July 10, 2018. Shields was walking home from his cousin’s house at around 2:40 a.m. when he was shot in the back on Garrison Avenue in North Baltimore.
