Richard Cade, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on April 6, 2021, in the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago, IL. According to reports, Richard was outside checking on a car alarm around 1:15 a.m. when he was shot in the back while standing on the sidewalk in the 10500 block of South Maryland Avenue. He was immediately taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
