On a cold December night in 2008, the life of Warren Oliver Davis, a 41-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. In the early hours of December 15th, officers responded to a call in the 4100 block of Boarman Avenue, where they discovered Davis inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate medical attention he received at a local hospital, the injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
