Victor Gwaltney, a 20-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2015, following a violent incident in the city's Brooklyn neighborhood. Gwaltney was the victim of a double shooting that occurred on March 23, 2015, in the 4100 block of 10th Street. The assailant, identified as 19-year-old Donnell Walker, approached Gwaltney on a bicycle and shot him multiple times in the head and torso from close range.
