In the spring of 2015, a violent encounter in a South Baltimore neighborhood tragically cut short the life of 20-year-old Victor Gwaltney. Gwaltney, a Black male, was one of two men shot on a Wednesday in the 4100 block of 10th Street. The incident left Gwaltney with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and torso, inflicted from close range.
