Terrell Matthews, aged 34, was tragically killed on June 9, 2019, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:00 a.m., when officers responded to a reported shooting in the 1500 block of North Stricker Street in West Baltimore.
