Deion Nolan, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 13, 2021, in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10:15 a.m. while Deion was standing on a sidewalk in the 8100 block of South Evans Avenue.
