Trulisa Kyles, a 32-year-old African American woman from Rockford, Illinois, tragically lost her life on September 25, 2022. Trulisa, who was a registered nurse, wife, and mother of three, was shot while driving her car on Seventh Street and Eighth Avenue in Rockford.
