Wilfredo Torres, a 43-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on August 26, 2021, in Rockford, Illinois. The incident occurred at his home on Preston Street, where he was allegedly shot by his girlfriend, Jammie Whittemore, a 44-year-old woman. According to reports, the couple had been experiencing relationship difficulties leading up to the fatal event.
