Rebecca Foley, a 21-year-old white female, was tragically killed on January 21, 2013, in Savannah, Georgia. Foley, a student at Savannah State University, was shot while sitting in her red Volkswagen Beetle in the parking lot of her apartment complex, Colonial Village at Marsh Cove.
