Tori Plummer, a 35-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on February 17, 2017, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred in Yamacraw Village, a public housing complex, where a triple shooting took place. Alongside Tori Plummer, 25-year-old Erick Lawrence, an African American man, also lost his life. A third victim, 27-year-old Dennis Harris, sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
