In the late hours of a Friday night in Savannah, Georgia, the life of Tori Plummer, a 35-year-old African American woman, was tragically cut short. On February 17, 2017, inside an apartment in the Yamacraw Village public housing complex, a burst of gunfire erupted, leaving a scene described as grisly by responding officers.
