Kayla Serrano, a 13-year-old girl from Peachtree Corners, Georgia, tragically lost her life on October 14, 2014. Kayla, who was of Hispanic descent, was a student at Pinckneyville Middle School. Her death was part of a horrific domestic-related double homicide that also claimed the life of her 19-year-old cousin, Andrew McLean.
