Stacy Hall, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically found shot to death on February 9, 2015, in an apartment in unincorporated Lawrenceville, Georgia. The discovery was made by his mother, Dawn Hall-Porter, who received a distressing phone call at work informing her that her son had been involved in a shooting.
