In the winter of 2014, a life was tragically cut short in Lawrenceville, Georgia, during a dispute that escalated to gunfire. The victim was 19-year-old Kevin Dawoyea, a male resident of the area. On the afternoon of Monday, January 27, 2014, a physical altercation broke out near Phoenix High School. The fight, which reportedly began between two students, drew in other individuals who were not enrolled at the school.
