Kevin Dawoyea, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2014, in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The incident occurred near Phoenix High School, where Dawoyea was shot during an altercation involving his friends. According to police reports, the shooting was an accident that happened during a fight between Dawoyea, Kevin Emanuel, and Isaiah Lo.
