In the quiet, early morning hours in the Saddle Shoals neighborhood of Lawrenceville, Georgia, 16-year-old Timothy Barnes Jr., a male student at Central Gwinnett High School, was waiting for his school bus, a routine he followed every weekday. But this particular Tuesday morning, his life was tragically cut short.
